There is no water, kitchen, or bathroom in the garage room.

But the landfills care about 2 main things...1) that the tire can no longer hold any air, and 2) that it cannot hold any water.  

I think there's a lot of water to go under the dam here.

Upgraded the electricity to 200 AMPs and also upgraded some water systems within the home.

A couple of the high end Bosch DW pumps started to leak after several years.We do have a couple of older LG fridges with water/ice that must be 12-15 years old that are still running in rentals.

Personally, I solely focus on my area right now because I know the surrounding towns in terms of demographics, average wealth, crime rate, climate, flooding issues, and so forth.
