If I was mortgaged to the hilt this wouldn't be a option as I hate partnerships.To each there own but financing everything is a deck of cards some get lucky but if nobody saw what did/is happening, some don't.

just recently started business trying to get credit cards.have a paydex of 80 already but most cc want a pg regardless.any advice?

I’m not sure if it’s saving or earning but credit card points can provide a really nice little income stream when you have personal and business spending to accumulate points.

If your going to do that I give my tenants a homeowner depot gift card .

Its what humans do.so the card gets noticed.
