Hi @Adanna Davis, the things you can do to compete in this space are one or the other of these:- Compete on price- Offer something the others don't.In my (limited) experience, price is usually the most experience and least enjoyable sphere to compete in.

I would suggest that you first check with @Dmitriy Fomichenko who is the expert in this field. 

If you are not a big fan of wholesalers, why are you fielding questions in a forum that exists to help wholesalers?  

I figured since i'm constantly listening to the Bigger pockets Podcast, and I enjoy the content so much why not just dive all the way in and surround myself with like minded individuals.

We have one guy that manages the properties, from fielding calls about clogged toilets, to ensuring tenants are taking care of the property, to scheduling the lawn to be mowed, he is the go to guy.
