If anyone else is frustrated with the current eviction moratorium in Minnesota, I would encourage you to write a letter (as I did) to Governor Tim Walz. 

I would encourage your mother to just put the money into a savings account for five or six month.

KW encourages and supports teams, which is a much more interesting.

It has nothing to do with age.I definitely encourage you to jump in. 

I only allow dogs and actively encourage them by adding backyard fences if the house I buy doesn't have one. 

I was up all night last night thinking about this.. the crazy thing is that when the builder gave the offer, it’s the realtor and lender who are in the office that are encouraging it and saying as long as I move into the garage it meets requirements and that they see it all the time..

We routinely set our deposit amount above the rent amount intentionally, to encourage the resident to keep the place in good condition & to remind them that is separate from the rent.
