They do have some in "Snow Emergencies" but it has to be pretty bad for that to happen from what I have heard.Now if the comps used to get the ARV included ones that DID have off street parking and an adjustment was not made THAT would be a problem.

My thoughts are that I will figure out a good rent amount and take out a loan against it that will still allow 2-300 in cash-flow after payment and put that away until I have 6 months reserves to have in case of emergency.
