It doesn't show up as the advertised rent price, but it's included in a second bill every month. 

Advertise a work/live property.  

I learned when I bought my park, tenants don't like/trust or whatever the reason, electronic payments.

The only thing that didn't go well was that for some reason they weren't able to send me all the documents to sign electronically and so I needed to physically print out every page, sign, and send back to them.

Although some cabinet suppiers advertise that their cabinets are "Made in USA" they are in fact assembled in the US with Chinese knock ups.

The advertising copy you attached to your email came out perfectly and will be very helpful.

I have shopped around and find that they all come pretty close to one another, even the companies that advertise much lower rates initially.

Same street has two units for rent at $795, I'm watching them and have called the property manager advertising to get some details.Definitely interested in chatting further to get your thoughts.

While wholesaling isn't illegal, 99.9% of wholesalers are not taking title to the properties they are wholesaling, then advertising property images...which is illegal and subject to fine.
