Hi,

I'm interested in working with wholesellers in several markets i put my eye on (TN, OH, and SC).

I could only find small amount of wholesellers (which are not even in my market).

My question is, where do I find them ? (and why is it so hard to do so)

Thanks,

Benny

@Benny Gelbendorf Unfortunately, the RE authority in Ohio (The Division) has publicly scrutinized wholesaling and been very clear they are not tolerating unlicensed activity....this may be part of the cause. While wholesaling isn't illegal, 99.9% of wholesalers are not taking title to the properties they are wholesaling, then advertising property images...which is illegal and subject to fine. There is more to this, but you get the jest....

In general, wholesalers in our market are simply farming trash properties that are heavy with risk and deferred maintenance...if that is your game, then good luck. I would say that there is probably a better solution than buying D-class headaches.
