I don't doubt the EPA was involved....if for no other reason than they're in bed with British Petroleum who was renting the oil platform and Transocean who built and owned the platform and was operating it with BP.You've heard all about British Petroleum but you haven't heard much if anything about Transocean in the news have you?

There are a lot of comments regarding the role banks had in the mess and there is no doubt that the financial meltdown couldn’t have happened without their recklessness.

I don't know for sure that they are not internet savvy, but many of them don't own computers so I would doubt they spend a lot of time vetting a complex online.I could be wrong though...

BiggerPockets is without a doubt the best real estate investing forum around and I can bet that countless people, including myself have gotten a great education simply by asking questions and reading past posts...I think a question that might need to be answered and one that I had myself is - what will I get out of this seminar that I can not get out of reading and asking questions right on the forums here on BP.

The bill is highly likely to pass.I doubt seriously that many people understand the extent this legislation will effect the economy and how business is done.
