I'll definitely keep that in mind when I'm looking for new property managers - I'm working on getting into the small multifamily space, and definitely don't won't do manage all of the additional units I plan on getting in the next few years!

Hello Levi, I am in the same situation and am putting the BRRRR strategy into place to get me into the multi-family space.

We added a second 3/4 bathroom and roughly 400 sq ft of living space in the basement.

Currently it's in an open space next to the kitchen.

In the 1960s we have seen large swats of farmland converted into single family subdivisions, which are today Milwaukee neighborhoods - we don't have any farm land available anymore inside the belt of wealthy suburbs, which their 3 or 5 acre min lot size zoning requirements (as we have in Mequon)  So space is one constraint, the cost of building is another.

Agents used to be able to buy ad space as foreclosure specialists and Zillow would list them as the contact on all preforeclosures in the market area.

Two other spaces framed and dry walled that can be turned into two more with enough work.
