There are a lot of other coaching options that are far lower cost than that with no profit split commitment at all.

I am working with coaches, and building my team but am extremely interested in learning from other, more seasoned, investors as well.  

Hi Aaron,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

I coach and train with real estate agents on a daily basis and continuously see the greatest separator in our industry is not talent, is not knowledge or experience it is simply taking massive purposeful action.

Yes the Idea of being able to let your money work for you is what we are all aiming for. this is a great place to network and make good connections that you can transition into the real world, i know i have done just that and it has helped me get into more than i was thinking i could, from wholesaling, to flipping, and renting. the right connections can Jump start your journey trust me. when i created an LLC and decided to start looking into REI about 6/7 months ago, in my mind i was like well maybe ill do one deal in 2016 and 1-2 in 2017 well after after 4 months of nothing i met someone here who changed the way i was doing things i started working with them 2 months ago (no they are not a for pay coach or paid training program etc. just people like us.) and in these 2 month 4 properties under contract, wholesaled 1 already, bought 2 myself, the last 1 seller asked to have a closing in january so we will wholesale that one out as well when the time comes. my whole point to the story is with BP you can meet people that will help you reach more than you thought possible.

Long story short we used our relationship w/ the local college football team to rent it out to one of the coaches and his fiancé (So Problem solved there).
