Commercial Property Advisors - Peter Harris Cost

Posted

The cost is $10-$45K up front.  Then you split the profits 50/50 with Peter Harris.  The $1 million profit split 50/50 is a lie.  The 50/50 split never ends, even after you give Peter Harris $500K.  Even on deal ten you split everything 50/50.  I asked this question about the 50/50 split four different ways to get the real answer.  The salesperson was very good at avoiding the real answer.  They make you have two interviews.  The first interview is to make sure you have some motivation.  The second interview is the hard sell.  They expect you to say yes, I will pay $10-$45K up front before the end of the second call.  I felt like I was in the movie Wolf of Wall Street and they were trying to sell me penny stocks.  The salesperson on the call was pitching me from a script.  Be prepared for "Are you the type of person than can make a decision quickly?" which means "will you agree to pay me $10-$45K by the end of this call?"  They use a script to get you to say yes to many ideas of making millions then go in for the hard sell.  I did not sign up.
