This looks like a win-win situation.Am I completely out in left field on this one?

Hello,I too am fairly new to REI as a career.

Thanks to all of you for sharing expertise.I am just a little over one year into my real estate career, but I have been assisting my husband in his business for over 15 years.

That's a good suggestion, but Being limited to sub 2 or owner financing really cuts down on the number of deals you will do.I agree Mike however when you get to over 200 deals in a SINGLE year using your method let me know then we can talk on a level playing field since I accomplished over 200 using mine.

What field are you going into educationally?

I have very little money but lots of drive and ambition, and a full time job so I have to enter the field part time.

Replacing a roof is like doing a lot of other jobs on a house, the devil is not in the "field" but at the edges.

I am excited to begin my new career and thrilled to have such a great resource at my fingertips!

We have (particularly awesome) twin 4-year-old boys and are looking to get out from behind our desks and mix up our career lives a bit.We don't have much experience yet.

Would leaving for a year or two mean you would likely lose that career?
