Newbie in Louisville, Colorado

Hi All,

Found this site this morning... WOW! Lots of great info. Thanks to all of you for sharing expertise.

I am just a little over one year into my real estate career, but I have been assisting my husband in his business for over 15 years. He mostly works with friends and family, buying and selling SFR. We also own and manage a number of SFR and duplex homes for rent.

I am branching out and looking to be a more active RE broker than he is. Have managed to pick up a few listings, and even close on one so far. My goal is to have a viable RE business in 5 years. That is to say, I want to do more than break even :wink:

We have two children, live in Erie, office in Louisville. Travel quite a bit by private aircraft (our own). Enjoy quilting, entertaining, gardening, and hauling kids to all their activities.
