Ive done a sewer scope and normal house inspection and the estimated costs seems to be 20k from the inspection reports( will probably need to do a gut job).

The selling agent said he never agree to inspections even with cash- unless it is for information only purposes or there is a limit like "no more than a $590 dollar credit for repairs"Is that normal?

We haven't heard from any of our tenants regarding their situation so we'll just see what shows up in our bank account.We are renovating a house in a nearby town and that continues as normal since we work by ourselves.
