I've currently got a tenant, who's been there 10 years, who bugs me everytime I remodel an apartment saying she wants her's done. i tell her what the apartment I'm currently remodeling will be renting for once I'm finished and if she wants, she can have first dibs on it at the new rent.

A newer investor as well finishing up my first house hack, literally moving out of it right now and getting ready to rent out both sides!

I had 2 apartments vacant and it was a little bit stressful this week trying to finish things up in the apartments with store closing not knowing what was going to be essential business and what wasn’t.

@Joe VilleneuveYeah it definitely is a tough market, I’m sure I will have to make a deal rather than find one by finishing the basement or something but sure!

I'm thinking in a few months once all of the current projects finish up there will likely be a lack of jobs available.  

If they havent closed for the whole year already they could still be required to finish the semester so where is he going to stay?

Ok so I am about to close on a property, once the lender finishes their loan committee, and my realtor is being paid of course via the seller at closing.  

Exception being very dated finishes and dilapidated items. 

We just finished a rehab near Grove Park and currently getting buyers traffic.
