Either or you will have everything completed except for the information you do not know such as: purchase price (unless thats been negotiated already), closing date, seller address, and signatures.

I know that the landlord can be considered liable for falls/ slips if/when it was deemed they were negligent in addressing an issue that caused the fall/ trip (ex. knowing of a leaking pipe which caused floor to be wet) However, in this instance where it was due to actions of the tenant, would you initiate interventions to reduce the risk of future falls?

It’s common for people to creat LLC’s names the street address of the property — that helps with remembering the property and associated LLC, but not so good for brand name recognition
