Walls that prevent forward motion can be gotten around by going around, over, under or blow them up and walk through them.Walls and enemies can’t stop a focused and determined individual from succeeding.

Also, its SF of the walls, not the plan SF and it did not include sofit work either.

Gas Wall Heater Replacement wall heater ( on the interior wall ) using the original gas line should be in the same place as the original furnacebut will require the Vent Flue Pipe coming out of the wall heater to go up thru the wall thru the studs and through the attic ( blocking mine ) and cut a hole in the roof for the pipe to vent.What about ceiling / roof integrity ?

Rehabbing Mistake:  When you pour a concrete foundation, if you want plumbing/sewer to come into the crawl space or basement area, you need to give the foundation guys the "sleeves" that they insert in the wall molds to create the holes for the pipes. 

I went in after they moved out in the middle of the night with out notice to find black smoke ring all over the wall and melted wax running down the walls in several places even inside the tub.

I appreciate all of the insight, this particular property would take a major overhall, huge wall caving in, in the garage, new roof, kitchen needs remodeled, bathroom needs remodeled, the entire yard needs redone, the whole house needs carpet, new walls in some rooms and paint, you could easily sink 50,000.00 into the home if you don't do your own work.

One tenant installed new wall to wall carpet in the entire house.
