I haven't been there, but I'm sure it's similar to other pond stores, who have all kinds of water features set up.

Right now at this point, everything is freshly painted and clean.  

Most big box store stuff is watered down. 

Looked at the store yesterday at different insulation products. 

If you are going to stage I'd imagine you'd like a place to store a majority of your furniture and accessories.

Not the poorest of areas, definitely not the wealthiest of areas, the large local grocery chain still maintains grocery stores there, starbucks/wal greens can be found etc.2 shopping centers, one free standing office building, 3 other mixed use properties that have restaurants, retail and office space.  

He seems to operate for long time. writes articles on tax liens and has website, online store of tax liens. 

@Nnabuenyi AnigboguI would cancel and put it back on with fresh pictures and I would also drop it $2000 per week for the next 3-4 weeks to drum up some serious activity before it all dies the week before Thanksgiving.
