The notes you create are assets with a cost basis = the s amount loaned.  

That would add another $80k+ of value.If you can take care of the electricity and w/s, I think you could cash flow ~$2k/month.

I'm certainly not looking to quit my day job(s), but real estate investing looks so interesting to me that I will definitely be making it a priority with the goal of closing our first deal by the end of this year.
