Does anyone know of lenders that do small seconds? When I mean small I’m talking 15-25 k in a high equity position.

@Tom S. bought six properties in the last few months and did all the rehab ect out of pocket. I’m trying to put things in place going forward so I can be out of pocket less. I’m not trying to get a one time 15k. I guess I should of added that to the post before now. I have ways to get the big take down money covered already, it’s the little extra per house expenses  I’m hoping to get access to. My credit score is good, but being a self employed investor I stopped going to the banks trying to fix thier pattern 30 houses ago.
