Killeen is actually the largest town between Austin and Dallas - larger than Waco, Temple, Round Rock, Georgetown, all of them.

That can rock their world to the core.Do you have cash TODAY to weather most of the tenants leaving, having downtime of little to no income coming in, and the money now to put into rehabbing the properties?

I would Recommend the North End of Bridgeport  in CT or Black Rock but @ 200k, a multi might be hard to find with out going inside Bridgeport and I would not recommend that..

I live in Austin but I do want to invest in the Fort Hood area for buy and hold, because Austin and Round Rock is a market for flipping.
