I think the chances of that much damage being done are low but anyways my plan was to owner occupy with an FHA loan and my loan officer told me I can't get the loan because of this issue.I'm curious what others think of this situation and if anyone has run into an issue like this.

@Matthew Thibeault I'm not sure what part of the country you live in but I would recommend making a list of the 5 most active investors in your area and locating their office and I would walk right in the front door and tell them exactly what you just wrote on this forum.
