As you can see, the difference between a 625 FICO score and a sub 500 FICO score is tremendous.

My point…..the BP community has been a tremendous resource and I see the huge value in attending the conference and meeting people who are making it happen.

Especially one particular flat fee brokerage in ATL that happens to be one of the largest volume brokerages in the country -- there are a tremendous number of selling agents who won't show their properties.

If you can compete with the hundreds of other wholesalers and investors who are direct marketing, compete with those buying with cash at trustee sales or have great relationships with REO listing agents and/or asset managers, you can be tremendously successful.

If your price range is at the lower end there is just a tremendous amount of competition.If your looking a SFH only try duplexes, triplexes.
