I recently sold a day spa in Silicon Valley that I operated for 30 years; I've also concluded 20 years of spa management consulting and am ready for a new industry (even though I'm shocked to discover that landlording does not include free facial treatments and pedicures.) 

I am a graduating student from Ryerson Universities Urban and Regional Planning Program and my time here has ignited a passion for the real estate investment industry.

There's a ton of college students just trying to make a quick-buck in this particular industry, so you may have to do some sifting to get to the real experts.
