Hello BP,

My name is Robert from Danvers, MA. I've had a passion for real estate investing for as long as I can remember. I was introduced to this site through a Google search a few months back. Since then I have been on here reading the forums and listening to podcasts religiously trying to retain as much information as possible. I have worked in the mortgage banking industry for over 8 years and have been actively pursuing my real estate investor dream for the last 4.

Experience: In the past year I have flipped two properties each of which were very successful. I have also dabbled in wholesaling in the past.

Goals: I am now turning my focus towards multi-families and commercial buildings to establish a rental portfolio. I have set a 100 unit goal for myself and am hoping that the knowledge I can retain from BP will be an asset in me reaching that goal. I also hope that I can give back to the BP community in sharing some of my own knowledge/experiences and help others reach their goals.
