But maybe the worse thing for an investor is being BARRED by HUD, which is an adminstrative action by HUD.Being barred means you will never buy another HUD property, won't be able to obatian HUD financing, could throw you oiut of getting secondary market loans and even any bank loan, you won't be receiving Section 8 rental payments for any rental property and you may have difficulty in getting a real estate license in any strate or keeping one.

All applicants for licensure as a broker must complete one of the following as proof of completion of the education requirement:a) a specific 36-hour brokers course of approved education programs in business management from an an approved Wisconsin school AND if applicant does not presently hold a salesperson's license in Wisconsin, applicant must also complete the 72-hour salesperson education requirement; OR b) a transcript showing 20 academic semester-hours credit in real estate or real estate related law completed at an accredited institution of higher education AND if applicant does not presently hold a salesperson's license in Wisconsin, applicant must also complete the 72-hour salesperson education requirement; ORc) a photocopy of current bar membership card or a certificate of good standing in the Wisconsin State Bar.

I tell everyone who views the house that the fridge is a really good one, but the ice maker leaks and I tried to get it fixed, but the repair didn't work.Before they decide to rent the house they know that they aren't getting a functioning ice maker.Take a look at the fridge. 2 common reasons that the ice maker doesn't work is that the "full" bar has been flipped up and the ice maker thinks it is full, so it stops.
