Turnkey is about passive income, which means it is specifically designed to appeal to investors who - either because they either don't want to or don't have the expertise/time to do so - are not willing to do all the legwork themselves.

Neither options are very appealing and both happen to new investors all the time, especially those buying in inexpensive out of state markets that they are not familiar with and take advise from those selling these types of properties.

Here, we have 15 days to send a letter claiming damages (certified , return receipt) and then tenant has 15 days to appeal
