Why sent DMM to some list when you have access to a lead generating machine (your website) to convert traffic into leads?

Those renting their house when they leave for the weekend are not going to get near to traffic that many professional STR owners will attract.  

Eh, I think you highly overestimate the locals desires for all those things... just as many of them wish they oil people would pack up and leave so the cost of milk returns to normal, the traffic disappears, and they can actually get into their favorite restaurant again.

The commute shouldn't be that bad, traffic in North Carolina is a lot better the NAS Coronado or 32nd Street.
