If you hear the Trade War got 10 more years to go you know people are not patient it will trigger one even after another.  

Even if you strip out all the soft benefits, it's obvious that if you can trade something ( like your time), for something of much greater value (community goodwill, great PR, marketing photos, etc.) its a beneficial transaction!

This split has not been declared, what are the consequences and how to align with "the law" ?

One stickler is your business and trade has to be more than half of your income.

People were calling me trying to day-trade their mortgages for a while.Then mortgage rates stabilized at a point LOWER than before the fed "raised" them.So far none of the doom and gloom journalists, or realtors saying "buy now before rates go up!"

Do you manage all of the separate trades or are you able to get this type of deal with a GC?
