Absolutely, folks will start looking out of getting high-density urban spots into suburbs or even rural spaces. 

Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

And to be frank, a free society needs to preserve the right to advertise.  

There are still “pockets” in / around Seattle and other urban centers but you are mostly looking at sub-C class.

As a society we are just accustomed to that particular scenario. 

Finally, I recommend the Urban Land Institute education and networking as a unparalleled resourced for developer types.I would also defer to the experience of @Karen Margrave   @Brian Hancock and @Kenneth Bell as they are all really crushing it.

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.
