What sort of info is missing out there?

Now the real estate commission here has instructed agents NOT to measure, but to just use the best source of info that we have available like public records and fill out the square footage disclosure stating where we got the square footage info from.

There may not be any ways, but depending on the gains, sometimes the cost to try and defer is near the amount you are saving... 

I read that you are supposed to put security deposits into an insured savings account that bears interest. 

If I invest in a property, that will be a big chunk taken out of my savings.
