I have purchased over $25mil worth of real estate and am putting together some tutorials on how to get started in real estate. 

What sort of info is missing out there? What would be the most useful to someone just starting out? Step by step guides, explainer videos, calculators, etc? I'd love to be able to help others tap into the amazing power of real estate.
