Rently and Facebook shows some potential but still looking.( BTW, How do I know Facebook listing's aren't scams??)

Hi there,I have a couple investment properties in Windsor Ontario, but am now starting to see where else to potentially invest. 

@Sumit Kaul- Can't really speak to that market in particular but ways to estimate the potential rent include rentometer.com, zillow.com (rent zestimate), and look on craigslist.org.  

Selecting areas: Look for neighborhoods with high growth potential, amenities, and public transit when choosing places for house hacking, especially in big cities like NYC.

I did extensive research on the topic between May and August.

Despite conducting extensive research, I have encountered limited information concerning the Alaska market in this context.

It's a great time to do some research and select a market that you feel will be strong not just for investing now but for the near future.

Fly out there, drive the streets, meet with potential team members, talk with local investors, etc. - Not to mention you'll avoid the headaches of California Tenant friendly laws!

Including, but not limited to, contractors, lenders, wholesalers, potential sellers, potential buyers, attorneys, title company, inspectors (all types!)

Determine what you are looking for in the best multifamily property; this could include things like location size condition rental potential cash flow projections value-add opportunities etc.
