The structure is technically able to be moved by a simple disassembly process and the installation can be completed in as little as 4 days with the installation crew.Some of the key details are that our materials are sustainable, recyclable, healthy, use building science, and our exterior panels sequester carbon instead of producing it like traditional concrete.

I am part of the GA Reia and pre covid, I went to the meetings and build meet ups regularly.

The spouse is also suddenly announcing wanting to sell income-producing properties we have now and own outright! 

IIRC WA did pass in the last few years statewide clarifications that if occupants of a property could not produce documentation of rental agreement they could be treated as squatters and removed by the sheriff without the same eviction process as for an official tenancy.

When I first came to San Antonio area I had two Investors seek me out,  because I was working hard and producing leads.

So far I have read David Greene's BRRRR book and his Long Distance Investing book.I am primarily interested in building a buy and hold portfolio that produces enough passive income to quit my job.

We do a lot of marketing for regular rentals/flips around us.
