2019 will be the year I begin building a real estate portfolio.

I have not done this personally but I remember hearing on a BP podcast with @Brie Schmidt that she has purchased multiple homes on a portfolio loan.  

I currently work for MMR Group I just formed my first LLC with the intentions to build my real-estate portfolio for retirement and income purposes.

However we are looking to diversify the portfolio and also to lessen my management responsibility. 

I do not want them on the title of our properties as we are working to build a portfolio of rental properties to fund us for full time investing so the lein idea is great!

Usually you get 5 year balloons with a 20 year ammortization.Lenders don't like having residential properties in their commercial portfolio.
