I'm interested in partnerships on flips or BRRRR projects, single or multi-family properties. 

I am not a handy guy at all and dont know anything about rehabbing or house project.

By Value, I mean that Projected Sales Price - Cost of rehab - purchase price leaves a reasonable amount of profit to make it worth it.On Auction.com, I participate in Auctions every week where I have physically gone to properties, tracked down previous owners, done all kinds of analysis to get an understanding what the rehab cost may look like. 

We have slowly acquired a small self storage facility, an 8 unit apartment, completed a large rehab project, and turned our previous personal house into a rental after moving into the rehab project. 

Find a deal on a multi (5 or more units) find an equity partner that will put up the down payment, or find a mentor/partner in the project. 

I'm also hoping to eventually dip my toe into the water of a BRRRR type project, but am concerned that I won't be able to find the right people to do the rehab in a timely or price effective manner.
