I don't usually put much faith in partnerships but if you think you can find a partner I think you could still do this deal with an experienced partner to help guide you through the process safely.

Unfortunately my tablet doesnt have that function and the wife has the laptop with her.

Primarily I'm very much interested in gaining quality experience in private lending and/or partnerships in which I can provide funding.  

Commercial brokers are generally well connected and will be able to connect a buyer to a good deal easily.Most of the time, the ones you see on LoopNet are the problem children: bad neighbourhood; functionally obsolete, etc.  

If a deal goes south in a 50/50 equity partnership, you both take equal hits on your investment.

Sometimes, partnerships end very badly.

If you try to fit a new door slab in there and don't get it right it may not function well, or you could have to buy another one.

Hello BP Team,I am currently working  on establishing a partnership with a person who i know for a long time.

Doesn't have a functioning elevator which I would want replaced.

Both are a function of the mechanical set-up of the building, as well as the age and condition.
