Should we get parents to co-sign?

Homeaway is the parent company of Vrbo and the homeaway site has been shutdown and all accounts moved over to Vrbo.My calendar stays slam full and I don't need a PM.

As a parent of one college student and one soon to be college student- there are still some students that are electing to go live in on-campus housing (at a small discount due to COVID) and off-campus housing for various reasons - even if the college courses are virtual.

For a few years I knew of one offering 30 year fixed to an LLC and on SFs only, but they were acquired and the new parent company stopped the program unfortunately.

The school they go to is like $45k/semester tuition so their parents are helping)

You could also consider a cell tower lease, subdividing in accordance with zoning or a family exemption, leasing land to farmers or grazers, timbering the land, or even "donating" the land through a charitable/conservation easement.  

I have a good friend and potential client who inherited property from his parents in a good location in San Francisco. 

My next move in a year will be buying my fiancé parents two duplexes using gift appreciation (unless they change their mind in a year, which is possible) or a live in flip.
