Interested 16 Year Old In Real Estate

I'm 16 years old and very interested in real estate investing and I am unsure how to how to start. My parents have money invested in the stock market that I suggested could be diversified into real estate. By diversifying some of my parent's money I could obtain a valuable learning experience. My father is an architect and would like to develop a few residential properties. My mother just has money in the stock market and would like to diversify. Which books should I read? Is anyone willing to give me advice? Do you guys have any suggested strategies?

Hi @Gabriel Salata. It is outstanding that you're interested in REI at such a young age. It is impressive the amount of knowledge you already have when it comes to investing. Here is a list of popular real estate books to read when you are first starting out. Keep up the great work.
