I chat with some of my friends here and the consensus is that this actually would be an ideal market to flip in if you had the infrastructure set up to do so. 

I have a loan with a bank now and it is going very well with them, and I may just call them up and chat.

That depends on how good of a deal it is and where, but if you already have a few deals under your belt, connect with as many people on bp, meet them locally, chat them up, and they might be able to help you fund some more rentals.
