Yeah I am slightly confused why a guy that has reportedly done so much doesn't have a lender he uses or already have an idea of the kind of  product he can get against land.

I actually ran my own comparable properties report before the appraisal, using several recent sales near/around our subdivision. 

All the research reports I read point out that we're in a Goldilocks type period.

After putting in all the numbers, a report was generated and I didn’t exactly understand how NOI was being calculated.
