Both high and low GRM strategies can work well.

As he noted, if you call some of the mainstream custodians they will say they allow for self-direction but they mean that in the literal sense of doing what you want with the securities and investment options on their platforms, which are traditional investments like stocks, bonds, ETFs, etc.  

This will help reveal which strategies make the most sense to pursue.

Prior to getting your loan, it will be important to know what your strategy is for that specific project.

I've operated in 9 markets during my time as a MTR operator and as our strategy has evolved to work more with businesses we often see average vacancy that's higher than 1 month.

I really appreciate the share.Buying that volume of Chicago tax liens has to be a good long-term play...I'd love to understand their strategy and thought process.For those who didn't want to do the math that is $4,000 per tax lien which just seems ridiculous lol
