I call this turn key light.

I'm trying to find a target client after opening a home integration and audio video company.I've been looking at a couple of flips in the area and noticed that no one is really wiring for security cameras, access control, theater rooms, home security, audio/video distribution, shades,lighting, home automation and integration.I would imagine adding these features to a home would increase sale value am I wrong? 

New recessed lights and electrical work too. .Due to smells in the garage not going away, the drywall on the 3 walls was removed and the garage was then insulated with cellulose insulation , drywalled again and painted.

Like blow up pool toys, turn on all the lights, stage the dining table etc?

Eventually you will have the ones you never saw coming and see there true colors once they become comfortable or when it’s fine for you to even ask them nicely to move.Basically, Always have the upper hand once you lose that, you lose all respect and control, you lose that great tenant with the so called great credit score, leases are imperative and have to be very diligently written and spelt out to a T!

I have let tenants paint neutral colors and have never had a problem.Can tub be reglazed?

Not even a week after they moved in they took out light fixtures and stove hood because they didn’t like it.November 1 comes they don’t pay, I sent a quick reminder text no answer.

Put up some cameras around the property, an automatic light by the main door, a sign on the lawn that states the property is under surveillance and is being monitored.
