@Jon Crosby thanks for your time, so the good things about this situation are that I don’t pay rent or have a mortgage anywhere else, I have a very stable job that 40% of my time is spent on the road in hotels and such, 20% of my time is spent at my parents house rent free and the other 40% is spent at my girlfriends house.
