Looking for information on wholesaling in Rosarito, Mexico

Hey everyone, my name is Jon I used to live out in Las Vegas but for unfortune events I now live in Rosarito, Mexico (hoping to one day go back to Vegas). Luckily I have been fortunate enough to have my wife come out and live with me in Mexico so she has made things easier for me to handle. It has been a crazy experience as all I have known is living in the states so the culture shock was very overwhelming at first but now after being out here for a little over a year I have learned to accept it and keep pushing forward. This past year I have learned so much and one of the main things is to not rely on only one source of income as that one source may dry out for a bit (especially with this pandemic going on it really does fluctuate). I'm a reseller ( I sell used things that my wife brings back from Vegas) and a electrician as that what was my career out in Vegas but I also do other construction projects as I learned along the way. Now I'm wanting to get into Real Estate as an extra source of income (I'm working on getting my real estate license as well)and I saw that wholesaling is a profitable niche and I do understand that it's not easy money but with the right attitude and work ethic I know I can be successfull at this niche. I'm currently wanting to get into wholesaling I have watched a whole bunch of videos but they only contain information for out in the states. I would like to know if anybody has been successful at wholesaling out here in Mexico or could lead me in the right direction to find some answers on this topic. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated !
