However, some recently built buildings may fall into Rent Stabilization due to accepting the Tax Abatement.You will tend to find that buildings under 5 family in NYC will be much more expensive that building over 4 units, mainly because of Rent Stabilization.It's also a pain to manage because of the rules and regulations that you must follow and your interaction with the Division of Housing & Community Renewal (DHCR).

.- Send notice of the interaction and outline the concern specifically around the threat of property discussion to memorialize the incident.- Inform the tenant that due to the threat of property destruction weekly inspections will be held to determine tenants performance under the lease.

Upon the expiration of the term hereof, Tenant shall surrender the Premises in as good a state and condition as they were at the commencement of this Colorado Lease Agreement, reasonable use and wear and tear thereof and damages by the elements excepted.Can I use that section in the lease to hold him responsible for damage incurred to the lawn when the lease is over?
