I know the interest rate is higher than a 30-year fixed but it might be advantageous to pay down interest.Thoughts?

Also, we don construction loans, we can fund 60% of the land cost and 100% of the vertical construction, let me know if you are interested.

I know this is more preference by the owner.

And I would also pay for the cameras to be wired in.Let me know what security cameras or systems you recommend.  

Does anyone know of any banks that will work with him?

Don’t know if there is a way to push water payment to tenants is this a good deal ?

I don't have as many tips for solutions mid rehab, but I do know that most, if not all, of the very active investors that I know have established relationships with 2 or 3 lenders that specialize in programs that match their strategy and have an agent or two in the investors target market to help them find more deals without having to put much work into finding them.
