Would there be some middle ground?

One can buy a condo with entry points around $67K for a studio which probably hasn’t broken grounds yet or in its very early stages of building.

Outside of a few places such as Baltimore, Hawaii, and parts of Virginia where they have ground rent properties....if you own the land, you also own all things permanently attatched to the land.

In essence, I need "boots on the ground".

I am self managing a few properties remotely, and I can handle sending the 7 day pay or quit, but need someone on the ground that can complete the rest of the process.

There are no legal grounds for any contractor (at least in VA but I assume this is standard in all states) to perform additional work on their own accord that was neither requested or directed by the Owner and expect to receive compensation for it.As far as proof or documentation, if it is non-existent that only strengthens your case.
