I am a virtual wholesaler currently residing in Orlando, Florida. I've been wholesaling off and on in Lawrence Kansas for about 3 years now. I am back in the market and need some help off loading some of the properties I have. In essence, I need "boots on the ground". I am willing to JV with another investor in order to get these properties moved.
