I also went with the oil base from lowes, and also went with a darker color, but it does show dirt pretty bad, think imma go with a color closer to yours next time.

Using the same comps (or some of the same comps) as the first appraiser makes the job a good bit faster and easier.While I certainly don't know that this is what's going through the appraiser's mind, the fact that my second appraisals nearly always come in very close to the first indicates to me that it is...As an example, I had a house a few months ago where the first appraiser used a comp that was 2.5 miles away to get the value to come in at the contract price (there were certainly decent comps that were closer, but they were much lower value and wouldn't have allowed the appraisal to come in at contract price).
